Vitality Personal Training, LLC

As little exercise as you need...

And, as much as you can handle...

If you appreciate a challenging, efficient workout, then this is THE opportunity for you!

Progression... Concentration... Time...

For best results, your workouts need to be a constant challenge in order to stimulate the body to produce results.  Your body must be prevented from adapting to the present exercise stimulus. At Vitality Personal Training, your trainer monitors your progress and as your body acclimates to one level of difficulty, makes the appropriate adjustments, so your workouts continue to be challenging and effective.

Your body will benefit greatly from our brief doses of precise, concentrated exercise. Efficiency is key. Two or three 30 minutes sessions per week is all that is necessary to rapidly strengthen and tone your body.

Time is a precious commodity for all of us. You will benefit from a training program that provides the maximum amount of benefit within the least amount of time. Profit from advances in exercise technology and training methods which save you time and give immediate results.
